Dr Jing Li's Lab

I'm currently a research internship and assistant in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics department at SJTU. One of the greatest things this field attracted me was that by the efforts of tons of researchers through generations, people can actually propel the diagnosis and treatment of disease and cancer. They are the topmost difficult challenges nowadays so conquer them will also grant me the highest sense of achievement.

I've learned a lot under the guidance of Prof. Li through my undergraduation and assistantship. Back in my undergraduate study, I've touched the genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabonomics through several academic projects. And during this intership, I focused more on biostatistics and application development. For more information, please check the list leftward.

The primary orientation for me right now will be disease diagnose and treatment, I'm interseted in achieving that through many ways:

1. multi-omics/big-data analysis
2. advanced statistical model
3. high-efficient analyze software development
4. delicate data visualization
5. integrate with machine learning method
