Dr Jing Li's Lab

I am trying hard to get my PhD degree. It is a long way to fight, I know that, but I never lose my passion and hope. I believe I will get reward if I try my best to do everything. I am arming myself and I will be able to handle any problem. I also believe bioinformatics will develop in the coming five years so I choose to study further for five years just after the gruation.

I think I can get along well with people around, that is to say everyone likes to make friends with me. I guess that is because I am easygoing and outgoing as well as humours. I like playing basketball and I play pretty well. I think I can get relax when I do sports outdoor. I can play guitar as well. It is a beautiful thing when every tune comes up from my fingers. Now I have to attend classes and do some research work, so I get tired sometimes, but I will get fresh from sports and music.

My research is about mutations prioritaztion and disease-gene-mutation network researchs, and I think this is a good point. I like to do some work that can take use to everyday life, to common people but not just stay in labs. So if we can predict or diagnose a disease through gene or mutation information, it will be very helpful for human.r5554
