Dr Jing Li's Lab

My fantastic journey with SH Jiao tong university get start since 2009 when I were a graduate student.With so much smile and tears, the journey now come to the fifth years. Now I am a master in here, a new start of my life.

I come from Xiangtan, Hunan province. I used to learn Painting, also some music theories, Calligraphy and so on. My families want me to learn so much so i can. But all of these don't accompany me when I move into one and another life stage. The one that accompany me until now is the love from family, which be marked in my heart whenever in ups and downs.

Also,I am a Christians.Christians, Son of family, student in SH Jiao tong university, these are the name I am happy with and proud of. I really hope that one day the man among these names will be proud of me.

My work focus on the prediction of rice proteins interaction. Nowadays the prediction research of protein interaction is maturer and maturer,attracting lots of focus. But for rice, it still needs lots of work to do due to the lack of experimental data and the problems coming with that. I am trying to perfect this work in my master stage and search for more interesting scientific area in this period.
