We are interested in formulating the processes of complex phenotype/diseases (specifically in cancers) and prioritizing disease genes or variations by integrating interpretation of transcription and translation data using regulatory/ interaction network and public literatures. Our main focus is construction ofbiological network/pathway and modularity underneath specific molecular processes or biological states, identification of functional sub-network/module and optimization of statistic models and development of systems biology approaches for identifying individual and modular biomarker of complex disease from microarray transcriptional and shotgun proteomics data.
