·CURRENT STATUS:  Software user interaction design


·DESCRIPTION:  iMADE is an integrated software that can identify differentially expressed modules through a specific pipeline:

  1. Comparing the model distribution fitting curve against real data distribution.
  2. Identify differentially expressed modules.
  3. Providing formatted output.
  4. visualize the module network.

·SUMMARY:  During the cooperation, I've learned a lot skills:

  1. R package produce
  2. UI design
  3. parallel computation
  4. regression
  5. mixture model

Thanks to Prof. Li so that I got to take a leader part in this project. Having been cooperated with two other guys, I found out that communication is a very important skill, we have to exchange our ideas efficiently and timely to make the project progress.
